The most important process is wrapping. After baking and cooling them, you must wrap the potatoes individually, either in plastic or aluminum foil. That’s a very essential process if you want to freeze them for a few months. They will maintain their fresh quality during this time so you don’t need to worry about it. Whenever you want to have a delicious meal, you just have to defrost and heat up your frozen baked potatoes.
